Job Mission

As an Ambassador of the Maison, you will ensure the efficiency of the daily operations of a section within the boutique and animate sales staff. In addition, you will achieve sales targets and ensure an exceptional client experience before, during, and after a sale.

Main Accountabilities

  1. Under the supervision of the Boutique Manager, design the optimum organization, recruit the right profiles, and ensure proactively the talent pipeline in your part of the sales staff. Drive performance and compensation management, ensure people development, motivate, and reinforce engagement.
  2. Ensure the day-to-day management, training, coaching, and animation of a part of the sales staff.
  3. Ensure the implementation and respect of all group, Maison, and boutique policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  4. Ensure the implementation and respect of Visual Merchandising guidelines.
  5. Ensure that the section of the boutique and its counters are in perfect condition.
  6. Be responsible for the availability, knowledge, and use of client and sales tools.
  7. Assist the Deputy Boutique Manager(s) with boutique reports if requested.
  8. Participate in inventories.
  9. Assist the Boutique Management with the definition, implementation, and monitoring of action plans to achieve Maison, boutique, and category sales targets.
  10. Ensure a unique and exceptional client experience before, during, and after a sale.
  11. Master the steps of a sale.
  12. Adapt according to the clients’ needs and motivations.
  13. Handle negotiations and objections with ease.
  14. Meet individual and boutique targets, both quantitative and qualitative.
  15. Cultivate a strong client relationship to develop client loyalty and portfolio.
  16. Participate in client events and act as an Ambassador of the Maison.
