Carpentry Site Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Carpentry Site Supervisor to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in carpentry and a strong understanding of manufacturing processes. As a Carpentry Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing carpentry projects, ensuring quality standards are met, and managing a team of carpenters.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Conduct site measurements.
• Possess custom cabinetry or plywood relevant knowledge to discuss drawings with interior designers and production managers.
• Conduct site visits to ensure installation processes are on track.
• Compile weekly progress reports and relevant documentation.
• Monitor sub-contractors’ work on site, including work sequence, method of construction, and quality control.
• Coordinate and handle changes in projects that could disrupt progress during project stages, and resolve all site matters with the site management team, consultant, and sub-contractors.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in carpentry, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and quality standards.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
