We are currently looking for Partners to recruit caregivers for Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, and Hungary who would like to work 100% remotely with us to solve a social problem.

Responsibilities:

1. Advising potential caregivers/nurses in the field of 24-hour care.
2. Independent customer acquisition through building a local network and generating referrals.
3. Presenting applications from patients via the Marta platform with the aim of successful job placement.
4. Providing support and advice throughout the entire care assignment to ensure customer satisfaction, including regular satisfaction surveys, mediation in case of problems, and support in any changes.

Qualifications:

1. Passion for personal and telephone communication with people, characterized by empathy.
2. Organizational talent and confident demeanor.
3. Ability to handle stress and support people in need in emergency situations, as well as mediate interpersonal difficulties.
