We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven sales professional to be part of our team. You'll play a crucial role in driving the company's growth.

• You have a good attitude and a responsible character, which are very important.
• You are independent with persuasive interpersonal skills and results-driven.
• You will pursue sales leads for opportunities, attend to phone inquiries and walk-in customers, and proactively source new prospects to achieve sales targets.
• You will assist and support the follow-up and coordination of the completion of all sales transactions, sales conversions, and loan drawdowns of sold properties, liaising with end financiers, solicitors, and purchasers on sales and loan documentation and credit control management.
• You will exhibit strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• You will develop and execute plans to drive sales growth.
