Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Operating Officer located in Cyberjaya. The Chief Operating Officer will be responsible for overseeing the organization's ongoing operations and procedures, ensuring operational efficiency, and developing strategies to enhance productivity and employee engagement.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Proficiency in using call center software and computer systems
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
  • Prior experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred
  • Minimum education level of high school diploma or equivalent
