• Must possess at least SPM Cert

• Fresh Graduates and Diploma Holders are encouraged to apply as on-job training is provided upon joining.

• Good working attitude, passionate, self-motivated, and able to communicate well with people of all levels.

• Result-oriented with good negotiation skills.

• We offer lucrative commission/incentive for performance staff on a monthly basis.

Job Description:

• To attend to inbound and make outbound calls and remind the account holders of their credit card or loan payments.

• To liaise and negotiate with account holders on their payment issues.

• To follow up and monitor account holders’ payments.

• To attend to the documentation required to assist collection.

• Basic Salary RM 1500 – RM 3000 (based on experience).

• Monthly Commission/Bonus.
