Job description

Job Responsibility

  1. To provide friendly and professional assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat, addressing their banking needs and inquiries.
  2. To stay informed about our banking products and services, enabling you to guide customers effectively in choosing the right solutions for their financial goals.
  3. To efficiently and effectively resolve customer issues, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
  4. To accurately record customer interactions and transactions while maintaining confidentiality and data security.
  5. To adhere to all banking regulations and policies to ensure the integrity and security of customer accounts and transactions.
  6. To work collaboratively with team members to achieve customer service goals and provide seamless support.

Job Requirements

  1. SPM with 2 years of Call Center/ CS Experience (Must have credit in Maths and English).
  2. Fresh graduates with Degrees / Diplomas are encouraged to apply.
  3. Good command of English and ability to interact with all levels in the organization.
  4. Good Communication Skills and patience to customer.
  5. Good Time Management Skills.
  6. Must be willing to work on 6 months Contract if selected for the position and will convert permanent or extend contract depending on the staff performance.
  7. Working hours - 8 am to 11 pm (Rotational 9 Hours shift between this time).
  8. Immediate Joiners only.
