He/she is responsible for developing, managing, implementing, and monitoring internal and external communications and community investment programs, including media stakeholder engagement to build JTI's corporate reputation and to drive policy advocacy campaigns to internal and external audiences. Additionally, he/she is responsible for developing and maintaining the Company’s media stakeholder network, monitoring media on all platforms, and delivering actionable insights to the Corporate Affairs and Communications Director. The role also supports both the Fiscal Affairs Manager and Regulatory Affairs Manager to place and amplify JTI’s preferred fiscal and regulatory positions in the media.
Also responsible for appraising community investment proposals for JTI’s participation as well as designing, implementing, monitoring, and appraising all community investment projects contributed or participated in by JTI, and leveraging them to build JTI’s corporate reputation.
