Job Summary:
The C&SG Senior Analyst is part of the C&SG department and will report to the C&SG Manager. The C&SG Senior Analyst is responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, contracting, spend analysis, and risk management, with a focus on services and software procurement. The role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure that procurement processes align with business goals and drive supplier optimization. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and skilled in both strategic and operational procurement tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Contracting:
   1. Lead contract negotiations with service and software suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
   2. Draft, review, and manage procurement contracts, with an emphasis on software licensing agreements and service-level agreements (SLAs).
   3. Monitor contract performance and enforce contract terms and conditions, focusing on optimizing service delivery and software compliance.
2. Sourcing:
   1. Develop and implement sourcing strategies that drive cost savings and enhance supplier performance in services and software categories.
   2. Manage the supplier selection process, including RFQs, RFPs, and supplier evaluations, with a focus on software and service vendors.
   3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure reliable supply and service levels, particularly in IT services and software.
3. BI Analytics:
   1. Utilize business intelligence tools to analyze procurement data, providing insights for strategic decision-making in services and software procurement.
   2. Develop reports and dashboards to track procurement performance metrics, focusing on software license utilization and service quality.
   3. Present data-driven recommendations to senior management and stakeholders, emphasizing opportunities for supplier optimization.
4. Spend Analysis, Data Cleansing, and Data Collection:
   1. Conduct comprehensive spend analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize procurement strategies for services and software.
   2. Oversee data cleansing and collection efforts to maintain accurate and reliable procurement data, with a focus on software asset management.
   3. Collaborate with finance and IT departments to ensure accurate reporting and data management in software and services procurement.
5. Risk Management:
   1. Lead risk management efforts by identifying, assessing, and mitigating procurement risks, particularly in services and software.
   2. Facilitate the collection, cleansing, and reporting of risk-related data, focusing on software compliance and service delivery risks.
   3. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies in collaboration with key stakeholders, particularly in IT and legal departments.
6. Segmentation Support:
   1. Support supplier segmentation initiatives by collecting, validating, and analyzing relevant data for software and services suppliers.
   2. Develop segmentation models to categorize suppliers based on spend, risk, and performance, with a focus on service providers and software vendors.
   3. Provide strategic recommendations for supplier management and segmentation, focusing on optimizing service and software procurement.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
2. 5-7 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or a related role, with a focus on services and software procurement.
3. Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract management, particularly in software licensing and services.
4. Proficiency in data analysis tools and procurement software (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SAP Ariba, Coupa), with knowledge of software asset management.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
7. Knowledge of procurement best practices, risk management, and supplier segmentation, particularly in services and software categories.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Advanced certification in procurement (e.g., CIPS, CPSM).
2. Experience in leading cross-functional projects or categories, particularly in IT or services procurement.
3. Familiarity with industry-specific procurement challenges and opportunities in software and services.
