Your Role:

As part of the team, you will:

  • Support and assist in launching several new stores throughout the ASEAN region.
  • Prepare layouts, floor setups, POP (Point of Purchase) materials, and provide operational support during store openings.
  • Create multi-language product leaflets, POP materials, advertisements, and assembly instructions.
  • Maintain sales floors, execute promotions, and provide clear directives to teams.
  • Offer administrative support to the buyer office and relevant departments.

What We’re Looking For:

Education:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any related field.
  • Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply!

Experience:

  • 0–1 year in retail or merchandising.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market research.
  • Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N3 or above) is a big plus!
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel); Adobe Illustrator is a bonus!
  • A detail-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results.
  • Familiarity with retail industry trends is an added advantage.
