Job Responsibility

1. Develop MRO supplier and execute supplier management.
2. Ensure on-time PO execution. Timely update of orders and MRP actions in rescheduling/cancellation in the system.
3. Complete tasks as per schedules and timeline to meet purchasing metrics/indicators & meet customer satisfaction.
4. Manage and update supplier delivery schedules and escalate when necessary.
5. Communicate and source materials with vendors/distributors/brokers to resolve material shortages.
6. Communicate with cross-functional teams within the organization to ensure the completion of task execution.
7. Negotiate business terms with potential suppliers.
8. Request quotations and negotiate prices.
9. Release orders and track delivery.
10. Handle payment applications.
11. Carry out missions assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

1. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin (Due to the nature of business).
2. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Administration or equivalent.
3. At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
4. Required Skill(s): Upright ethic of business; detail and results-oriented.
5. Good sense of numeric logic & good communication; knowledge of logistics processes of import/export.
