Business Systems Analyst 4

Responsibilities

A Business Analyst assists the company to develop technical solutions to business problems by assessing current capabilities as well as defining, analyzing and documenting requirements. The Business Analyst will manage the requirements at the project level to help fulfill our company’s business needs.

As the liaison between the business community and technical solution providers in any given project, the Business Analyst is a highly-skilled professional to ensure that requirements are addressed before a technical solution is designed and implemented.

A Business Analyst will take requests from appropriate sources and perform data analysis, whether it is for resolving a production issue or related to a project task or for helping the plants and users adopt IT solutions.

7. Requirements analysis
8. Translate requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for product performance, functionality and user acceptance testing
9. Application analysis & testing
10. User training & assessment
11. Day to day support of plants and users and coordinate with the application support team
12. Preparing clear and accurate communications, presentations, documentation etc for users, PMs, support teams and management

Qualifications

1. A diploma or degree in an engineering/computer software/user experience or similar discipline
2. 4 years of experience or more in a Business Analyst or 2 years in a Project Manager role.
3. Minimum 3 years in a Manufacturing Execution Systems Administration/Development/Testing Role
4. Knowledge in Manufacturing Systems & Automation
5. Communication skills, both verbal and written.
6. Teamwork, eagerness to learn, critical thinking, ask insightful questions, positivity, show enthusiasm.
