Job Description
Propose plan and assist in managing marketing campaigns, including live streaming, content creator, KOL/UGC Marketing, Social Media Ads management, monthly e-commerce promotions, etc.
Oversee the workflow of all marketing activities and ensure alignment with campaign goals.
Schedule and track progress for ongoing marketing projects to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
Assist in managing tracking all marketing project performance, and reporting on key metrics.
Support customer engagement strategies through social media and other online platforms.
Assist with customer service inquiries and help maintain customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Ensure adherence to compliance and regulations relevant to digital marketing and e-commerce.
Stay updated with new marketing tools and technologies that can improve the efficiency of campaigns.
Handle any additional tasks requested by the head of department (HOD) as needed.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of relevant experience in marketing or e-commerce.
Smart, solution-oriented thinker with the ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Able to work in Alor Setar, Kedah.
