Job Description:

1. Assist in gathering information about software and subscription entitlement usage.
2. Assist in obtaining feedback on the Customer Satisfaction Scores.
3. Remind/inform existing customers about the subscription renewal period.
4. Obtain the customer's renewal decision and keep track of the renewal status of the customer's subscription.
5. Assist in the response/escalation of customer inquiries and concerns directly.
6. Ensure CRM asset information is up to date.
7. Provide regular reports to the respective team (Internal customer).
8. Perform any ad-hoc assignments as required by the management.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, customer service or a related field.
• SPM Holder are welcome to apply too.
• No experience needed. Fresh Graduates may apply!
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize several tasks effectively.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Following guidelines to provide solutions to customers.
