Business Support Analyst (Night Shift)

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Support Analyst to provide essential support in the analysis and optimization of our supply chain operations, while also helping to integrate Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) factors into our business processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data analysis, process improvement, and strategic support, coupled with experience in sustainable business practices and ESG reporting. This role involves collaborating across departments to improve operational efficiency, implement ESG best practices, and support our supply chain functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Supply Chain Support:

• Analyze and monitor supply chain processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory management, logistics, and supplier performance.
• Assist in the implementation of best practices to reduce costs, enhance lead times, and improve quality in the supply chain.
• Collect, process, and analyze supply chain data to provide actionable insights to business leaders.
• Assist with the development and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) for supply chain operations.
• Contribute to forecasting and demand planning to ensure alignment with business objectives.

ESG Integration:

• Support the integration of ESG goals into business strategies, policies, and processes, particularly within supply chain management.
• Track and report on ESG metrics and KPIs, including environmental impact, social responsibility, and governance factors within the supply chain.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure ESG compliance, reporting, and continuous improvement.
• Assist in developing and promoting sustainable sourcing and responsible supplier relationships.
• Support the company's sustainability and ESG initiatives by monitoring trends, regulations, and best practices in ESG reporting.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Prepare regular reports and dashboards to track supply chain performance, including ESG-related data and initiatives.
• Conduct data-driven analysis to identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and ESG performance improvement.
• Support the creation of presentations and reports for senior management and external stakeholders on supply chain and ESG performance.

Process Improvement:

• Collaborate with business units to identify process inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct root cause analysis to address issues impacting supply chain effectiveness and ESG goals.
• Assist in the development and rollout of new tools, technologies, and processes for business support functions.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work closely with internal teams, such as logistics, procurement, sustainability, and finance, to ensure effective business support.
• Engage with external partners, including suppliers, contractors, and vendors, to ensure alignment with ESG and supply chain standards.

Qualifications:

Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, supply chain management, or a related field with a strong understanding of ESG principles and practices.
• Demonstrated experience working with supply chain analytics, forecasting, and performance metrics.
• Familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD) and sustainability metrics.

Skills:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and synthesize complex data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and business analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is desirable.
• Knowledge of sustainable business practices, green logistics, and ethical sourcing.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to various stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Environmental Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree or certification in ESG or Sustainability is a plus.
