Description

You will be assisting to coordinate personnel and processes to achieve effective communication, negotiation, customer-oriented approach, and distribution of goods to ensure the smooth operations of a variety of channels aiming for maximum efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads; understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
• Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information via email; routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
• Collaborating with the marketing and product teams to align strategies and optimize business opportunities.
• Handling customers’ inquiries, requests, and complaints related to delivery, billing statements preparations, and validations.
• Working in a small, harmonized team and covering all aspects of the sales and operation process.
• Other ad-hoc tasks, urgent duties, projects, and assignments.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a STPM/Professional Certification/Diploma, preferably majoring in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, and/or Marketing. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in logistics/freight forwarding business.
• Ability to multitask and track multiple processes throughout the supply chain.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to interact and deal with different people of diverse cultures.
• Positive customer service skills with an ability to communicate eloquently and effectively.
• Proficient in MS Office and computer knowledge.
