As a Business Services Graduate Trainee in our People Services Employee Lifecycle team, you’ll experience hands-on, on-the-job training for People Services scopes.

This position provides a unique platform to learn the various end-to-end processes in the Employee Life Cycle (ELC) and Connect to Resolve (C2R) scopes: Onboarding, Offboarding, Job Change, International Assignment, Absence Management, and Query Management. This is also an opportunity to gain exposure working with Multi Country and Culture within SBO People Services teams.

Main responsibilities:

  • The specific processes within Employee Life Cycle and Connect to Resolve (C2R) stream.
  • Support and participate in ad-hoc projects.
  • Deliver operational KPIs and comply with Sanofi policies and guidelines.
  • Coordinate and support writing knowledge articles based on process content provided in English and local language.
  • Work in the case management tool to report each case and progress on the resolution.
  • Continually monitor and seek ways to improve user satisfaction and feedback.
  • Actively support and involve in the Core model deployment, process simplification, harmonization, and automation.

About you

Skills and Experience:

  • Working experience is not required as training will be provided.
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office such as Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
  • Positive attitude and mindset aligned with “Play to Win” behaviors.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and ability to work independently.
  • Able to work in a multi-tasking environment.
  • Able to connect the dots and think strategically.
  • Willingness to develop and learn.
  • Proficient in English, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in other foreign languages such as Mandarin or Thai will be an advantage.
  • Effective communication at all levels.

Education:

  • Master/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Experience in social activities and student or University organization.
