Business Risk & Control Management Executive

Responsible to perform Ongoing Due Diligence (ODD) review for individual customer, and ensure review completeness and timely closure of ODD alert in system.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform the ODD review for individual customer as guided by respective group and local policy and procedures.
• Ensure timely closure of ODD alert in system within the stipulated timeline.
• Assist to monitor the ODD review progress to ensure no overdue of review deadline.
• Ensure timely rectification of maintenance and/or error highlighted by the checker.
• Communicate and work closely within the team and the relevant stakeholders, e.g. AML, Ops Risk, Branches, etc.
• Adhere and ensure that the policies, procedures and guidelines are duly complied.
• Perform any other functions as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Requirement:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience would be an advantage.
• Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
• Details oriented, team player and good time management.
• Familiar with general computer application such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
