Conduct marketing surveys to gather relevant information such as market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior.
Provide support in product development and branding.
Build and maintain good relationships between the company and merchants to create better business opportunities.
Respond to client inquiries in the office.
Approach new clients in the office.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing, or equivalent.
Preferably a Junior Executive specialized in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
Communication skills both verbal and written in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
Able to speak and write in Mandarin is an advantage.
Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Good working attitude, passionate, energetic, and customer-oriented.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
