Business Process Owner (FP&A)

Michael Page are currently partnering with a global player in the Industrial/Manufacturing industry to recruit a permanent and experienced Regional Business Process Owner to own the FP&A function of their Shared Services Centre, based in Johor Bahru.

Description

Your main job duties will include;

• Identify and analyse future needs and design organisations, processes and solutions to create a model meeting both legal and business requirements.
• Contribute actively in process design, organise data and analyse pros and cons of alternative solutions.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to design finance flows.
• Create and maintain month end closing.
• Conduct Gap Analysis workshops.
• Create and maintain finance business process master list.
• Identify any bad use of the system impacting data accuracy or closing deadlines, whilst defining action plans.

Profile

The successful candidate will ideally have at least 5 years of finance/accounting experience, with at least 1-2 years experience in FP&A. They will have a bachelor degree or at least a finance/accounting diploma. SAP experience is a must, and an interest/good knowledge base of IT and ERPs is also preferred.
