Our Global Finance Controllership Team provides support for the business for technical accounting compliance, financial and operational internal controls. This includes process simplification and operational excellence to deliver accurate actual financial reporting and analysis.

As a Business Process Analyst (Tax Technology), you will be supporting the Global Tax Center (Indirect and Corporate Tax) in automation initiatives and projects.

As a Business Process Analyst (Tax Technology), you will be responsible for:

1. Reviewing and analyzing business requirements and processes to determine appropriate ways to automate.
2. Leveraging existing tools such as Alteryx, Azure, Excel VBA, Power Query, Power Automate, Power Apps, etc.
3. Developing automation solutions in line with standard design principles.
4. Planning, designing, testing, and implementing new automation solutions or enhancements.
5. Documenting post-implementation processes for user reference.
6. Measuring post-implementation results against the business case for value generation.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

1. Have a minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience.
2. Possess knowledge of process reengineering, automation, and data analytics.
3. Have proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications, i.e. Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Forms, Alteryx, Databricks.
4. Knowledge in SQL, R or Python is an added advantage.
