About your role

• Responsible for overseeing the project from initiation, defining project scope, setting measurable goals, project schedule/tracker, identifying business objectives, and ensuring the project team is clear and aligned with the objectives.
• Requirement gathering and drafting business requirement documents to allow the Vendor/Tech to understand the project deliverables.
• Track and monitor project status, identify potential issues, and come out with action plans and solutions.
• Responsible for documenting and conducting UAT testing, tracking, and monitoring all defects raised by testers that are attended to and resolved before deployment.
• Active involvement in project meetings, streamlining and standardizing work processes, and contributing to process improvement ideas.
• To design and map out As-Is and To-Be workflow as and when new process changes are being introduced.
• Ensure that services are delivered in accordance with established processes and work procedures and compliance with policies and local company legal and statutory requirements.
• To effectively support the project manager and/or lead mini project assigned, in quality supervision, management, and support for direct and indirect reports involved in the project to ensure all scope of delivery and reporting activities are executed accurately and promptly.
• Undertake assigned projects, monitor project performance, resolve any issues, and take corrective actions if necessary.
• Responsible for ensuring all project open items and queries are resolved promptly.
• Support team members in resolving project issues related to implementation solutions including communication with other project members.
• Inform the Project Manager on a timely basis about critical issues with potential solutions.
• Understand regional and country-specific requirements for project delivery.
• Review the existing processes, infrastructure, team setup, and project reporting approach and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Cooperate with internal and external teams and work with these teams from other service streams to identify cross-functional improvement opportunities.
• Support the implementation of other continuous improvement initiatives if necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience needed.
• Analytical and strong organizational skills, with excellent verbal and written ability.
• Problem-Solving, risk management, time management, and other project management skills.
• Highly organized individual, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
• To manage and lead a mini project independently, with less supervision from the project manager.
• Responsible for working closely with other core members toward the goal set by the project manager.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
