Business Planning and Reporting Manager (Korean Speaker)

The Business Planning and Reporting Manager is to develop and implement strategic business plans to align with Head Office goals. He/She is to oversee short term and long-term business strategies to drive growth, efficiency and market competitiveness.

Responsibilities

1. STRATEGIC PLANNING: Develop and implement strategic business plans to align with corporate goals and drive company growth.
2. FINANCIAL REPORTING: Prepare and present detailed financial reports and forecasts to the President and HQ.
3. BUDGET MANAGEMENT: Oversee the budgeting process, ensuring alignment with Company objectives and efficient resource allocation.
4. PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance and identify areas for improvement.
5. STAKEHOLDER COMMUNICATION: Serve as the primary liaison between the local office, Regional Office and HQ, ensuring clear and effective communication of business strategies and performance metrics.
6. MARKET RESEARCH: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business planning and decision-making.
7. PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Lead and manage special projects as assigned by the President, ensuring timely and successful completion.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field; MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred.
2. 5 years of experience in business planning, financial reporting, or a related role.
3. Strong business acumen.
4. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
5. Communication ability to speak and write in Korean Business language is a must.
6. Attention to detail: high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all reporting and planning activities.
7. Ability to write and speak Korean.
