We are currently looking for a talented Business Planning Analyst for a Canadian MNC that specializes in simulation technologies.

The Role

• Responsible for managing a $180 million contract across the APAC region in Salesforce, coordinating directly with General Managers of Training Centres as part of the sales handover process, and ensuring smooth execution by the Operations team.
• Implementing company governance policies to drive growth and increase revenue.
• Identify and develop business cases within the specified geography, delivering strategic business presentations regularly to Senior Managers, Directors, and the Vice President.
• Provide insights on regional capacity planning to support decision-making and highlight risks and opportunities for Executive and Regional Management.
• Lead the digital transformation efforts in Salesforce for the business organization, collaborating with SMEs and regional counterparts to achieve desired outcomes. Involvement in special projects as needed.
• Develop and manage the regional discretionary capex budget, providing monthly and quarterly reports on expenditure to the Regional Operations Leader.
• Maintain and enhance skills in marketing tools and methodologies, including:
  • Market analysis
  • Competitive assessment
  • Understanding competitors' strategies
  • Awareness of product, technology, and business practices
  • Staying informed about company products and services
  • Monitoring competitive market offerings and new technologies

The Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business planning experience.
• Comfortable with overseas travelling.
• Experience in commercial line.
• Excellent planning & organizational skills.
