DO YOU have what it takes?

What you’ll be working on:

• Assist in drafting, compiling, and maintaining documents related to client allocation, performance evaluation systems, and sales-related regulations.
• Manage email and oversee administrative correspondence, ensuring timely responses and proper documentation. This includes reviewing and processing emails related to trading knowledge, business regulations, and operational policies, requiring strong analytical skills, effective communication, and keen judgment.
• Collect feedback from front-end department and conduct market research, collaborating with back-end department to refine strategies and business processes, with the goal of enhancing overall operational efficiency.
• Organize, analyze, and interpret business data to provide insights and recommendations for operational improvements.
• Provide translation services between Chinese and English, ensuring smooth communication and accurate documentation.
• Assist with administrative-related tasks as required to support daily business operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proficiency in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken, with strong communication skills.
• Strong learning ability, with the capacity to quickly understand trading-related knowledge and regulations.
• Highly proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Strong writing and documentation skills, with attention to detail and clarity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create reports and presentations.
• A customer-oriented mindset with a strong sense of service, ensuring professionalism in all interactions.
• Fresh graduates with a background in finance, data statistics, or trading experience are welcome to apply.
• Willingness to travel as required for business purposes.
