Business Operations Coordinator (Kota Samarahan)

Minimum Requirements:

  • A diploma or degree majoring in business management, or a related discipline
  • Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Able to prioritise and organise.

Job Description:

  • Provide support and coordinate between various retail outlets
  • Regulatory compliance - ensure timely renewal of licenses
  • Assist in payroll calculation
  • Maintain personnel records and update databases.
  • Sending memos and updates explaining new policies
  • Disciplinary guidelines and paperwork
  • Others related to the staffing and employee relations responsibilities of the company.
