Job description

Description

  1. Focal person post-sales to run the operations.
  2. To liaise and work closely with Project Owner throughout the Contract Duration and understand the full scope of work of the Contract.
  3. Focal person to all the Consultants in a Contract. Focal person to liaise with Client pertaining to any issue related to Consultant.
  4. Oversee all Service Agreements, Appointment Letters, and any matters related to the Engagement or Employment of Consultants throughout their Contract Tenure.
  5. Oversee and administer monthly payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate remittance to employees and relevant bodies, in compliance with Company policies & procedures and relevant legal requirements.
  6. Undertake documentation; maintain updates and refinements of payroll procedures.
  7. Administer Compensation & Benefits related exercises including job analysis, job evaluation, and development of salary structure.
  8. Keep updated with the latest news and developments on HR related issues, i.e., regulations by statutory bodies, labor laws, etc.
  9. Responsible for managing stakeholders in HR related activities (e.g., employee movement, transfer, resignation, and confirmation).
  10. Expatriate Management: Manage expatriate management including onboarding and repatriation administration, yearly tax filing, and quarterly HR statistical reports for project owners' review as and when required.
  11. Maintain Consultants' confidence and build positive rapport with the Consultants.
  12. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirement

  1. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  2. A more senior role would require a minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
  3. Candidate with extensive experience in HR, Business Administration, or related fields can be considered.
  4. Knowledge in payroll management and basic accounting.
  5. Sound knowledge of Employment Act and Malaysian legislation and benefits provision.
  6. Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems / Payroll Software.
  7. Required languages are English & Malay, with proficiency in a third language highly essential for this role.
