• Drive growth in fire and gas detection systems and related market segments.
• Establish and manage relationships with clients, industry partners, and prospects.
• Identify and capture new business opportunities in assigned territories and industries.
• Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to meet business and revenue objectives.
• Promote and deliver customized engineering solutions to enhance client safety and productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless business processes flow from presentation, responding to RFQ/RFP, follow-up, execution, and handover of projects.
• Provide market intelligence and feedback to support strategic decision-making.
• Ad-hoc task assignment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; a background in instrumentation or similar fields is advantageous.
• 5-7 years of business development experience in oil and gas, petrochemical, renewable energy, or fire and gas detection systems.
• Proven success in sales pipeline management and achieving growth targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.
