Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the sales team and monitor sales RFQ to close sales from new or existing customers.
• Lead a team of Business Account Executives, planning, warehouse, and logistics to ensure customers’ needs are fulfilled by providing solution-based initiatives in line with company & corporate goals.
• Work closely with the Finance Department on customer credit controls. Prime contact and negotiate with customers on price-related issues in coherence with corporate budget.
• Support and work closely with the Quality Department in monitoring suppliers’ quality performance and suppliers process development and visit suppliers when applicable.
• Lead and manage the overall Business Management Department to achieve the Company’s monthly KPI set, including cost control related to products produced (e.g., packaging, logistics, and sub-con processes and inventory levels).
• Work with the Project Team to ensure tools closed were able to run production efficiently.
• Assist management and take up additional responsibilities as assigned by Management from time to time as deemed necessary.

• Able to negotiate with customers in various circumstances to resolve issues.
• Able to provide effective solutions to issues raised related to customers, deliveries, and costing.
• Excellent numeracy skills; Good attention to detail and costing numbering.
