Customer engagement: engage new customers/channel and maintain services to existing customers.
Work with Manager and Senior Management on Sales Strategy to achieve business goals.
Maintain product knowledge to provide technical solutions to customers.
Build solutions that leverage technology to meet our customers’ business needs.
Work with the project and service team to provide pre- and post-sales support, including tasks such as discovery meetings, site visits, proposals and presentations, technical evaluations, implementation, and ongoing technical account management.
Engage with potential customers to understand their technical requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.
Prepare technical proposals and quotations for customers.
Provide ongoing technical support and address customers’ inquiries, concerns, and technical issues.
Gather customer feedback and market insights for service and product development and improvement.
Monitor and measure product sales targets according to the tracking plan.
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any related engineering field.
Fresh graduate or 2 years of experience in technical sales.
Strong interpersonal skills and confidence.
Results-oriented, self-motivated, energetic, professional, reliable, and a team player.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work comfortably with people at all levels.
Problem-solving skills.
Technical-minded, attentive learner, and detail-oriented.
Able to travel locally and overseas.
