Business Intelligence Operation Specialist

Job Description

1. Work with cross-functional teams to understand their reporting needs, define metrics and furnish with the necessary data to support decision making.
2. Work with business stakeholders to fulfill regulatory reporting requirements, including monthly, quarterly, annual reports and ad-hoc regulatory requests.
3. Responsible for developing, maintaining and enhancing reports/dashboards across all departments.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics or a related field.
2. Proficiency in Excel and SQL is mandatory.
3. Strong logical thinking and numerical reasoning skills, able to interpret large, complex data sets.
4. Strong time management skills, can work independently and prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines.
5. Strong communication skills, able to present findings structurally to non-technical stakeholders.
