Business Intelligence-Data Analysis

Responsibilities

1. Design and perform business-oriented, comprehensive, and accurate reporting systems/analysis to monitor business performance, locate risks, and discover potential business opportunities to guide decision-making.
2. Perform ad-hoc analysis to understand specific business cases and challenges, providing conclusions and advice based on data analysis.
3. Closely follow up on business operations to fully understand the business situation and planning.
4. Work with colleagues in the business team to understand data insights.
5. Develop and maintain the management dashboard portal.

Strategy & Planning

1. Set targets for the business, as well as track and project target progress to guide resource allocation and planning.

Job Requirements

1. 2+ years of working experience in analytics, project management, strategy and/or tech consulting, or other related fields. Experience in E-commerce and/or Commercial/Brands is a plus.
2. Solid knowledge of SQL and other programming languages. Hands-on experience in data extraction, cleaning, preparation, and dashboard development.
3. Sharp and structured thinking, strong analytical and numerical skills, and good communication and presentation skills.
4. Results-oriented with a strong emphasis on problem-solving.
5. Highly energetic and self-motivated, with a willingness to learn and the ability to work under pressure.
6. Bilingual: English/Chinese.
7. Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in a relevant field of study.
