About your role

• Analyse business processes and provide data-driven recommendations to support business strategy and operations.
• Develop data visualisations and summaries of key metrics to identify trends and patterns, as well as leading indicators for forecasting.
• Provide timely updates and actionable insights to leadership, and present findings and reports in various forms and formats as appropriate.
• Internal stakeholders include operations, product & tech, and finance teams. Close collaboration and alignment is necessary to ensure that data is properly collected and meaningfully analysed.

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in business or quantitative analysis; strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.
• Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in using spreadsheet software, such as Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel, is required.
• Proficiency in computer programming and using database software such as SQL will be an advantage.
• The ideal candidate would also be curious, adaptable, and thoughtful.
