BUSINESS & FINANCIAL ANALYST

• Support the Group CFO and participate in strategic, corporate development and corporate finance initiatives.
• Prepare and review financial models to evaluate cashflow, returns and other financials, and assess the feasibility of the project and its associated investments and opportunities.
• Work together with operational and finance teams on preparing and maintaining the relevant budgets.
• Monitor and track operational and financial performance of projects.
• Facilitate due diligence processes by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in negotiations with lenders, legal counsel, and external parties to support corporate finance efforts.
• Maintain relationships with corporate advisors (investment banks, consultants), regulatory bodies, and partners.
