Business Executive (Integrated Medical Clinic)

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Business Executive to join our Integrated Medical Clinic in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in delivering excellent client experiences, ensuring smooth client onboarding and registration, and supporting the clinic’s business development by engaging with corporate clients. This position reports directly to the Clinic Manager.

The clinic offers a comprehensive range of services, including:

  • Western Medicine Services: Diagnosis and treatment of illnesses, with a focus on chronic conditions and wellness packages, delivered by trained and licensed medical doctors.
  • Telehealth Services: Convenient remote consultations to enhance accessibility.
  • Allied Healthcare Services: Physiotherapy, myofascial treatments, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), nutritional counseling, and mental health counseling, all provided by qualified professionals.

Compensation will include a base salary and an incentive component based on performance, rewarding excellence in client service, business development, and corporate engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Client Experience and Support:

  • Welcoming and Registration:
    • Greet clients warmly and professionally upon arrival.
    • Assist clients with the registration process, ensuring accuracy in collecting and inputting personal and medical information.
    • Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and follow-ups using the clinic’s scheduling system.
  • Client Guidance and Coordination:
    • Provide clear instructions on diagnostic and treatment procedures, ensuring clients are well-informed about their journey at the clinic.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, addressing concerns and offering solutions promptly.
    • Follow up with clients via email, WhatsApp, and phone to ensure they are clear on post-clinic instructions and satisfied with their overall experience.
    • Coordinate with the medical team to ensure seamless client handoffs between services.
    • Maintain a comfortable and welcoming environment in the clinic.
    • Ensure all client-facing areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary materials.

B. Business Development:

1. Corporate Engagement:

  • Identify and approach potential corporate clients to promote the clinic’s wellness, diagnostic, and treatment packages.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to corporate clients, tailoring proposals to meet their specific needs.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with corporate clients, acting as a liaison to ensure satisfaction with services.

2. Marketing and Outreach:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities and campaigns aimed at increasing client footfall and revenue.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the clinic’s offerings based on client interactions and feedback.

C. Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain accurate records of client registrations, treatment plans, and corporate interactions.
  • Generate daily and monthly reports on client registrations and corporate outreach progress.
  • Handle client payments, invoicing, and follow-ups on outstanding balances, ensuring adherence to clinic policies.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Educational Background: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or hospitality. Experience in corporate sales or business development is an added advantage.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with clinic management software is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused demeanor.
  • Additional Requirements: Must be well-groomed and maintain a healthy, clean appearance to reflect the professional standards of the clinic.
  • Training: Training will be provided, especially on medical and healthcare terminologies, to ensure the executive can communicate effectively and professionally with customers.

Working Hours:

  • Shifts (Monday to Friday):
    • Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
    • Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
    • Shifts alternate every 2 weeks.
  • Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM (one Saturday per month).
  • Closed: Sundays and Public Holidays.
