Business Development Specialist (Broker) - Motor Servicing (Motor Retail, Individual Comm and Fleet)

Allianz Services is running service delivery operations in Romania, India, Mauritius, and Morocco, as well as operating Consulting hubs in Germany, USA, Italy, France, and Singapore with almost 6000 colleagues globally.

You will be part of the Sales and Distribution team and will be responsible for supporting Allianz entities with their growth strategies, focusing on Motor Retail, Individual Commercial & Fleet Servicing, to grow Broker portfolio business.

Key Responsibilities

1. Motor Broker Onboarding: Facilitate the seamless onboarding process for new intermediary partners, ensuring a smooth transition into our business ecosystem.
2. Sales Documentation: Prepare and generate quotation slips and cover notes for Motor Retail & Individual Comms Motor and Motor Fleet Journals.
3. Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate with the operations team to manage new and renewal business applications, policy issuance, and policy servicing tasks.
4. Pipeline Management: Actively clear and update the sales pipeline to ensure smooth operational flow for new and renewal business.
5. Reporting: Compile and present monthly sales reports that provide actionable insights to drive business performance.
6. Distributor Support: Serve as the main point of contact for distributors, addressing their daily queries and ensuring they have all necessary Motor support.

Minimum Requirements

1. 1 to 2 years of work experience, with a preference for those with experience in Motor Insurance or the general insurance sector.
2. Relevant General Insurance (GI) certifications are highly preferred.
3. Detail-oriented, with a strong ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
4. Possess minimally a Diploma degree.
