Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for identifying strategic markets and services that have Chinese Investment/Participation in South East Asian countries.
- Developing businesses related to Chinese overseas investments/participation.
- Be the focal point representing BV SEA to coordinate with BV China colleagues regarding Chinese overseas projects and communicate to management on a timely and consistent basis.
- Identify leads, project details, and contact points, and communicate to the local sales team to continue developing the opportunity. Support local teams to discuss and negotiate the contract.
- Be the contact point to work with the Chinese project owners/investors, EPCs, and contractors to deploy new opportunities for BV. Get first-hand information of companies entering the region and influence them on contract TOR and SOW.
- Identify and work with partners to build value propositions to prospects.
- Prepare qualifications packages, proposal packages, and presentations where required.
- Manage Key accounts identified for Belt and Road Initiatives.
- Monitor the sales pipeline and ensure it is up to date.
- Cross-sell CER and IND services into accounts and projects.
- Support in attending conferences, meetings, and coordinating with prospects and clients to generate leads.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any technical/engineering field or in Marketing/Sales is preferred.
- At least 7 years of experience in sales/marketing and business development management in the Construction & Infrastructure industry is required.
- Strategic and able to communicate well with stakeholders with minimal supervision.
- Hunter mentality with the ability to be resourceful and connect with the right people in targeted accounts.
- Disciplined and proactive, comfortable meeting prospects and achieving “Yes” for meetings and proposal delivery.
- Positive attitude and creative.
- Solutions provider with a consultative mindset.
- Consistent in reporting weekly activities with clear pipeline increase.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and execute business planning processes.
- Advanced knowledge of general business and company procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate in English, Mandarin, and local languages.
