The Business Development and Partnerships teams at Shopee are dynamic and energetic. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.

Job Description:

• Support Digital Product Business Development team in executing administrative and operational duties, and other ad-hoc tasks as needed
• Liaise with both internal and external teams to ensure smooth execution of duties, including but not limited to SKUs management, product troubleshooting etc
• Manage documentation processes and FAQs on daily tasks, and work on continuous process improvements for better efficiency

Requirements:

• At least a Diploma in any field is required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Good communication skills (both written and spoken) and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets is mandatory
• Strong time management skills, can work independently and prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines
• Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn, opened to take up challenges and adapt accordingly
