Business Development Merchant

Company Overview :

Our client is an innovative digital gift voucher marketplace powered by a cutting-edge engine. They provide retail merchants with a seamless, real-time platform to create and sell vouchers effortlessly.

Job Responsibility :

1. Develop and execute effective strategies to drive customer growth and expand market reach.
2. Maintain standards and best practices for new product listings, including content creation, distribution, and ongoing updates.
3. Work closely with team members to create and update engaging content for distribution across various platforms.
4. Partner with cross-functional teams to create impactful marketing materials, landing pages, and conversion funnels.
5. Track product sales using web analytics tools and maintain organized records with spreadsheets to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
6. Effectively manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of attention to detail in all deliverables.

Key Requirement :

1. At least 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced e-commerce or marketplace environment.
2. Comfortable working in a dynamic, fluid startup environment and adapting to evolving priorities.
3. Proven ability to create and deliver impactful presentations for retail merchant acquisition.
4. Hands-on experience in managing and maintaining strong relationships with retail merchants.
5. In-depth knowledge of the e-commerce space, including marketing strategies and leading platforms (e.g., Shopify, Shopee).
