About the Job
Drive Regional Business Expansion: Develop and implement strategies to expand Mitsui's presence in Indonesia by identifying market trends, key partnerships, and growth opportunities.
Strategic Partnership Development: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including tourism boards, travel companies, and other business partners.
Marketing Campaign Management: Lead and execute targeted marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and foot traffic, leveraging data analytics for campaign segmentation and optimization.
Customer Engagement & Retention: Create initiatives to increase the value of existing customers while attracting new visitors, especially focusing on international customers from Indonesia and Malaysia.
Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on market dynamics, consumer behaviors, and competitor activities to inform and adjust business strategies effectively.
Budget & Project Management: Oversee budgeting and allocation of resources for various marketing and business development initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
