Develop and execute business development strategies to expand the company’s presence in the solar industry.
Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and government entities.
Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive informed business decisions.
Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and operations, to develop tailored solutions for clients.
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations.
Stay updated on industry regulations, incentives, and emerging technologies in the solar energy space.
Requirements:
5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the solar or renewable energy industry.
Strong network and understanding of the solar market, including utility-scale, commercial, and residential segments.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently, drive initiatives, and achieve sales targets.
Knowledge of energy policies, sustainability trends, and financial modeling for solar projects is a plus.
