Job Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed agreed set of KPIs, including sales, revenue & profit targets.
  • Maintain current client relationships and identify areas for potential clients.
  • Build market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships.
  • Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.
  • Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners.
  • Discover and explore business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales and design team to ensure requirements are met, such as sales numbers and profit goals.
  • Develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new ventures with company strategies and operations.
  • Examine risks and potentials for business opportunities.
  • Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders.
  • Provide continuous, constructive feedback to salespeople.
  • Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople.

Job Requirements:

  • Good command of English. Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Management, or related field.
  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably in a multinational corporation (MNC), with the ability to pitch to key stakeholders.
  • Over 6 years of Sales and Business Development experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and must be able to communicate in Mandarin to effectively interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Compulsory to have own transport.
  • Willingness to travel regionally.
  • Knowledge & experience in the Engineering field is a plus.
  • 5 Days work week.
  • Commission.
