A well-known organisation within the Property and Plantation sector, based in the heart of KL. Report to the AVP of Business Development - Property and Plantations.

Your new role
- Understand the feasibility of current land in the company's landbanks.
- Facilitate opportunities for revenue for these lands.
- Build relationships with various vendors from industries such as hospitality, education, healthcare, and more.
- Conduct research analysis.

What you'll need to succeed
- At least 6-8 years of experience in Business Development within Property and Plantations.
- Ability to increase revenue for the lands with thorough research and analysis, and present findings to higher management.
- Strong critical thinking and business acumen.
- Innovative and able to think outside the box.
- Patience and an agile attitude are beneficial.
