Business Development Manager (Marketing)

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving strategic business growth by identifying new market opportunities, forming strategic partnerships, and expanding the product range. This role focuses on long-term business strategies and enhancing brand image.

Key Accountabilities

  1. Market Growth: Identify, develop and implement strategic plans to grow current market and penetrate new markets.
  2. Partnership Development: Identify and establish strategic partnerships to drive business growth.
  3. Product Development: Develop and launch new product initiatives to meet market demand.
  4. Brand Expansion: Enhance and expand brand image globally, manage digital assets, e-commerce platforms, and trademarks.

Other Responsibilities

  1. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
  2. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Global Accounts, R&D, and other teams.
  3. Budget Management: Manage the business development budget efficiently.
  4. Marketing Campaign Oversight: Oversee the strategic direction of marketing campaigns.
  5. Reporting: Report on business development activities and results. Stay updated with market trends and strategies.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  2. Minimum of 5-7 years in business development or strategic planning.
