Business Development Manager (Infrastructure/ WFH)
Are you a dynamic, results-driven sales professional with a passion for the energy, petrochemical, oil & gas, or infrastructure sectors?
What You’ll Do
Achieve and surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive preference for our products and services.
Identify and prospect potential clients, schedule meetings, present tailored solutions, and close deals effectively.
Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional service and support.
Monitor market trends and competitors, sharing valuable insights with the team.
What We’re Looking For
Education & Experience: Diploma holder with at least 5 years of proven sales experience in the energy, petrochemical, oil & gas, or infrastructure sectors.
Language Skills: Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English, with excellent communication and persuasion abilities.
Personality: A proactive, results-oriented individual who thrives on meeting and exceeding targets.
