Business Development Manager – Asia Pacific, Contract

TGS provides scientific data and intelligence to companies active in the energy sector. In addition to a global, extensive and diverse energy data library, TGS offers specialized services such as advanced processing and analytics alongside cloud-based data applications and solutions.

Purpose & Scope:

• Lead and manage regional Contract Business Development activities focusing on developing proprietary and Integrated-Multiclient programs.
• Foster and develop strong client relationships and government partnerships to drive growth and maximize value potential leveraging the company's value chain offering.
• Ownership of new Contract and Integrated-Multiclient programs in the region, managing tender processes to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the contract tender process and act as project owner, collaborating closely with key stakeholders.
• Develop new Contract and Integrated-Multiclient projects and supporting business plans, including managing customer communications for the acquisition phase of projects.
• Strategically position the company in both existing and new geo-markets.
• Coordinate activities across the region to identify new business opportunities with the company’s product lines, fostering synergy and growth.

• Technical Knowledge – Extensive experience of seismic acquisition technologies within the energy sector.
