Responsibilities:

  1. Partner Recruitment:
    Identify and target potential resellers/partners who align with our company's values and product offerings.
    Develop and implement effective strategies to recruit new resellers/partners.
    Conduct market research to identify opportunities for partnership expansion.
    Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new resellers/partners.
    Act as the main point of contact for resellers/partners, addressing any concerns or inquiries they may have.
  2. Sales and Revenue Growth:
    Drive sales growth through proactive outreach and relationship-building with resellers/partners.
    Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
    Provide training and support to resellers/partners to ensure they are equipped to effectively promote & sell our products.
  3. Performance Monitoring:
    Monitor and analyze the performance of resellers/partners to ensure they are meeting sales targets and growth objectives.
    Provide regular reports on partner performance and market trends to senior management.
    Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to support partner success.
