Job description

KOL Identification & Outreach:

  1. Research and identify relevant KOLs, influencers, and content creators within specific industries or markets.
  2. Build and maintain a network of KOLs across various platforms (social media, blogs, podcasts, YouTube, etc.).
  3. Approach and engage KOLs, offering partnership opportunities aligned with business goals.

Strategic Partnerships:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to collaborate with KOLs to expand brand reach and influence.
  2. Negotiate collaboration terms, agreements, and compensation with KOLs to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
  3. Cultivate long-term relationships with KOLs to ensure ongoing collaboration and loyalty.

Campaign Development:

  1. Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to develop influencer marketing campaigns and strategies.
  2. Coordinate KOL participation in product launches, brand activations, and events.
  3. Oversee the creation of campaign content and ensure it aligns with the brand’s messaging and objectives.

Content Strategy & Management:

  1. Collaborate with KOLs to ensure content creation aligns with brand goals and engages target audiences.
  2. Monitor and evaluate the content produced by KOLs to ensure quality and consistency.
  3. Provide KOLs with relevant information and assets to create compelling content.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

  1. Track and measure the effectiveness of KOL partnerships and influencer campaigns using KPIs (engagement, reach, ROI, conversions).
  2. Generate reports on campaign performance and present findings to senior management.
  3. Analyze campaign results to optimize future influencer and KOL strategies.

Market Research & Trends:

  1. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging KOLs, and new platforms to leverage for business development.
  2. Conduct competitor research to understand how they’re utilizing KOLs and influencers for business growth.
  3. Provide strategic recommendations based on market research and insights to stay ahead of the curve.

Budget Management:

  1. Manage budgets allocated for KOL partnerships and campaigns.
  2. Negotiate pricing and compensation to ensure cost-effective influencer marketing strategies.
  3. Monitor spending and ensure campaigns remain within budget.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Development, Communications, or related field.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in business development, influencer marketing, or KOL management.
  3. Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing, and influencer trends.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to identify and build relationships with relevant influencers and KOLs.
