Job Description:
1. According to the company's business objectives, complete the annual goals of Malaysia marketing department;
2. Responsible for Malaysia market development, project information collection and tracking, and analysis and judgment of information and market conditions;
3. Responsible for integrating and negotiating the company's internal resources and completing the development of the target project;
4. Responsible for background investigation, competitive advantage analysis, risk assessment of target customers, and be able to form reports;
5. Responsible for customer contact, inspection organization and planning;
6. Responsible for integrating the resources of various departments of the company to complete the work of the regional/national bidding in charge;
7. Market development business support for business divisions and branches;
8. Assist in the company's brand image and marketing, and enhance the company's brand visibility in the same industry in the country;
Qualifications:
1. Full-time bachelor degree or above, major in engineering or operation;
2. More than five to eight years of relevant work experience in market development or project management in mechanical and electrical construction or the same type of industry, familiar with the market conditions and relevant policies and regulations of the country or region, and customer resources of semiconductor or pharmaceutical are preferred;
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, language skills, sensitive observation and analysis skills;
4. Self-driven, able to adapt to the company's rapid development pace.
