BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

About the role

As a Business Development Manager at BIOSHENG HEALTHCARE SDN BHD, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities in the Kuala Lumpur region. This full-time position requires a strategic and proactive mindset to expand the company's customer base and revenue streams.

What you'll be doing

• Prospecting and generating leads through various channels to identify potential new clients
• Networking and building relationships with key decision-makers in target organisations
• Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations to showcase the company's products and services
• Negotiating and closing sales contracts to secure new business
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
• Providing regular progress reports and sales forecasts to the management team

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in a new business development or sales role, preferably in the healthcare industry
• Demonstrated track record of successfully identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with senior-level stakeholders
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to close sales deals
• Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, marketing, sales) to drive market entry and business development for new products.
• Degree in Business, Marketing, Medicine, Pharmacy, or a related field
